Twin Sense

As I flip through channels aimlessly on my TV a notice a certain trend in almost every show I like...Twins. As I think about it further its not just the TV shows we watch, but our buildings, music, toys, fashion. Why is it that society has such an obsession with twos? Is it the intrest in the twin sense that we all secretly wish we had, the want for a deep and unbreakable connection with another person, or just the idea that we never want to be alone. Slightly morbid in some cases the intrigue in twins is undeniable, from Mary Kate and Ashley, to the Veronicas, to Pretty Little Liars, all the way to the Twin Towers we are obssesed.
